Building a Stronger Community Together

Membership comes with a shared responsibility to contribute to a safe, organized, and progressive business community.

Members are encouraged to:

  • Keep Barangay Clearances and Business Permits updated

  • Maintain required Barangay Plates and Stickers

  • Settle applicable association dues

  • Comply with all applicable barangay ordinances and regulations

  • Maintain required CCTV systems, where applicable

  • Keep business documents and registrations updated

  • Cooperate with barangay safety and security initiatives

  • Participate responsibly in ABMBSI programs and activities

  • Support opportunities for employment, learning, collaboration, and community development

Through Creativity, Connectivity, Consolidation, Collaboration, and Communication, ABMBSI aims to build a business community that is connected, progressive, and responsive to the needs of Magallanes.

KNOW YOUR BARANGAY ORDINANCES

Ordinance No. 1 – Revised Barangay Tax Code

Covers fees for Barangay Clearances, Certifications, agreements, and the use of

barangay-owned properties.

Ordinance No. 2 – Mandatory CCTV Systems

Requires covered establishments to install and maintain compliant CCTV systems. Recordings

must be preserved for at least one year.

Ordinance No. 3 – Helmet & Face Covering Removal

Requires motorcycle drivers and passengers to remove helmets and other identity-concealing

items when stopped or entering covered establishments and areas.
